Terms & Conditions

Price/Payment

All prices stated are inclusive of VAT at the current rates. The total cost of your order is the cost of the product(s) ordered plus one delivery charge. While we endeavour to ensure that all prices stated on this website are correct, should there be an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we shall contact you immediately and give you the option of either cancelling the order, or continuing with the correct price. If payment has already been made before realising the error and you wish to cancel the order, a full refund will be made via the same payment method used.

The payment method accepted on this website is PayPal. Your order will be dispatched by insured special delivery or international courier as soon as payment is received.

Availability

All items are unique and once an item is sold they cannot be reordered.

Delivery

All items are dispatched via tracked and insured special delivery at a rate of £6 within the United Kingdom and £6 worldwide via international tracked and insured courier.

Returns

Purchase of Rabari jewellery is made on the basis that the buyer understands that Rabari's jewellery is handmade and of a used, vintage, and antique nature, and therefore a commensurate level of imperfection is to be expected, although all items are as described and in full working order (ready to be worn) with no elements missing unless specified in the item description.

Please note that returned items are the buyer's responsibilty until they reach us. We therefore require that you return items by tracked and insured special delivery within the UK, or tracked and insured international courier, retaining proof of shipping and delivery. Goods are returned at the buyers expense, which is not refundable unless the items are deemed by us to have been damaged, broken or made incomplete in transit to the buyer. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will be issued via the same method with which the items were initially paid for and only made once we have received the returned goods and verified their condition.

The returns address will be provided at the time of any returns agreement being between Rabari and the buyer. Please do not send any returns to the 'Suite 200' address on the contact page as there are no provisions for parcels to be received at this address and Rabari cannot be held responsible for any losses that may be incurred by shipping to the Suite 200 address.

When you submit your information at checkout, it is encrypted by secure server software, which protects your confidential data as governed by PayPal's legal agreements (click here to view).
